founded the company and serves as project manager. He has worked in publishing for over 30 years, with significant experience in writing, editing, graphic design, and publication production. Before starting the business, he worked for 10 years managing publications for nonprofit associations in the Washington, D.C., area.
Our clients appreciate working directly with a knowledgeable project manager, who logs in jobs, assigns work to editors, deals with any problems, reviews completed editing, and returns jobs to the client on time. The project manager works to make sure our clients' needs are met, including turning editing jobs around quickly.
All work is billed by the hour, in quarter-hour increments, with a half-hour minimum per job. One of the project manager's critical tasks is ensuring that jobs are handled efficiently, minimizing time and cost. We invoice all clients, typically with terms of 30 days.
